About M

My name is Michelle and I am a stay at home mommy to 2 beautiful girls. One is 4 and one is 5 and in kindergarten. They make each day a blessing while making it a little crazy at the same time.Even though I am a stay at home mommy, I have a full time job being a blogger. Along with being a full time mommy, I am also a full time wife. My husband and I have been together since 2004 and married since 2007. Things get rough sometimes, but he is my shoulder to lean on and I wouldn’t be who I am or where I am today without him. He is a leadman at a rock quarry. I am very passionate about writing and love to try new things. Not only do I get to do what I love, but I get to stay at home with my girls while helping to provide a better life for them. I love to cook, I may come up with some weird looking food, but everything I bake turns out wonderful. I also love to do crafts. I had gotten into sewing up dresses and pants for my girls until I started blogging and writing.

My oldest, Aubreigh, was born on March 9th, 2009. She was 4 days past her due date. The doctors didn’t do the proper test, and I almost lost Aubreigh, so I call her my “miracle baby”.My youngest, Kaylee, was born on September 27, 2010. The pregnancy with her was not easy. I was originally pregnant with twins, but lost one due to VTS (Vanishing Twin Syndrome). ┬áThis is where the twins are both their one minute, then the next.. poof it is gone. I had just lost my grandfather when I got pregnant with Kaylee and found out my grandma was dying of lung cancer all in the same week. I was very emotional and ended up going in active labor with Kaylee at only 25 weeks. With plenty of rest and shots she delivered full term (39 weeks). I was a bag full of mixed emotions when Kaylee was born. I was happy to have my newborn baby girl, but sad because my grandma had passed away just 10 days before.

I hope y’all come and join me on the fun, yet crazy trip I call Life :)

Thank you so much Cathy. I am very sorry to hear about your middle daughter. My youngest was suppose to be twins. One visit it was there and the next it was gone. Its called VTS (vanishing twin syndrome). And that is so true. As long as you have a good attitude you can get through anything!
