Being a stay at home mom is not as glamorous as everyone thinks. Since I stay at home I do all the running around and errands that need to be done for both my husband and myself. Every morning we usually have somewhere to go or something to go do so I love having something that is easily ready for breakfast that is packed with nutrients. One of my favorites is Overnight Oatmeal. Fix it the night before and it is ready to go in the morning when you are. Recently I had the opportunity to try out Nature Valley‘s newest product, Toasted Oats Muesli in Original and Blueberry flavors. These are perfect for Overnight Oats!!

There are so many ways you can incorporate Nature Valley™ Muesli into your everyday routine. These lightly sweetened Muesli are made with wholesome ingredients so you can feel good about eating them. So as I mentioned, I love a great Overnight Oat, so here is my recipe for Caramel Apple Overnight Oats!
1/2 Cup of Nature Valley™ Muesli Blueberry
1 small container of plain Greek Yogurt
1 small container of Applesauce (I used Sweetened Motts, but you can use whatever)
1 to 2 TBS of Caramel Seasoning
Splash of Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of Almond Milk (depends on how thick/thin you like your oats)
1. Mix all of the ingredients in a mason jar. I like using a mason jar because you can place all the ingredients in it then put the lid on and shake it up really good.
2. Place in the refrigerator and let it sit overnight.
3. When you wake up you will have delicious oatmeal that you can either eat cold or warm up. I like to garnish with a some sliced apples.
