Halloween Cauldron Brownies

Halloween Cauldron Brownies

Eeeekkk!!! I can’t believe that it is almost time for Halloween!! This is the first year that the girls are really big enough to enjoy all the festivities of the season and go trick or treating and make a ton of fun treats. This is one of our favorite treats to make during the holidays and it is, even more fun to eat.

My Halloween Cauldron Brownies are super fun to make, and kids can help out from the beginning. These are great for parties, after school get-togethers, school parties, and so much more. You could also add different color frostings, add in Halloween themed sprinkles and even recreate bubbles to make this even more festive.

-Removed the baked brownies from the oven and immediately push the 2nd cupcake tin into the brownies.
-Keep both of the cupcake tins pressed together until the brownie cups are cool.

The icing is really easy to make too!! Follow these steps to make the icing and ice your brownies:

-If icing is  not stiff enough add 1/4 C powder sugar.
– Spoon the icing into a bowl.
-Add several drops of green  gel food coloring in the large bowl of icing.  Stir well to mix the color.
-Scoop the icing into a frosting bag with a #5 round tip. Starting in the center of the brownie and work towards the outer edge of the cauldron.

To add the handle, follow this simple step:

-Cut the black string licorice in the desired size for the handle.
-Stick the ends of the cut licorice strings into two opposite sides of the cauldron.

I had to pin this fun recipe! It is easy, fast, and has other possibilities for other parties.
Like instead of green food coloring use just plain white and add sprinkles or confetti on top making fun party cupcakes.
    Great possibilities
