I love cooking! Here is a recipe that my girls love so much they request it once a week!
Homemade Chicken Fingers
•2 Cups all purpose flour
• 1 1/2 tbsp garlic salt
•1 tbsp black pepper
•1 tbsp paprika
• 1 cup all purpose flour
•1 qt vegetable oil
•2 lbs chicken (cut into lengths)
Mix the 2 cups of flour, garlic salt, black pepper and paprika in a bowl and mix. Crack both eggs in a separate bowl and mix. Put the 1 cup of flour in another bowl. Dip chicken in the egg mix, then in the flour mix. Cover and place in fridge for 10 minutes. While that is in the fridge, pour the oil into a frying pan and place on medium heat. After 10 minutes take the chicken out of the fridge and dip each piece into the flour and place carefully into the hot oil. After about 4 minutes flip the chicken over. Continue cooking until its done (About 10-15 minutes)
