The Learning Journey opened its doors back in 1995. They specialize in an exclusive line of award-winning children’s products. These toys are interactive as well as educational, which is hard to find these days. Their toys help build the skills that are necessary to get your child prepared for school and life. Children are able to have fun with their toys while learning. As a parent I am happy to know their toys are also educational as well as fun.
Sweet Southern Lovin had the opportunity to review a toy from The Learning Journey. I was sent the Learn With Me – Color Fun Fish Bowl. This is perfect for us because my youngest is 3 years old. In South Carolina, kids have to be 4 years old by September 1st of the school year in order to be able to attend preschool. Kaylee’s birthday is September 27th, so she isn’t able to attend preschool. I am going to start working with her on her colors and numbers. The Color Fun Fish Bowl teaches kids their colors in a really fun way. The Fish Bowl has 2 modes; a discovery game and a find it game. The fish each have a different sized circle on the back which helps the fish bowl know what color you are putting in. When I opened this my 2-year-old nephew was also over. He loved playing with this as well as my 3-year-old. By the end of the night they were both able to start recognizing certain colors. Plus they had a lot of fun. If you are wanting a fun way to teach your kids their colors I recommend the Learn With Me – Color Fun Fish Bowl (which can be purchased here for only $24.99).
