MEAL PLANNING MONDAY
Have you ever wished that you had a meal plan for the week for dinners to feed your family? I know I do. I went on the search and I found a few meal plans, but they usually required a lot of ingredients, ultimately costing a lot or they were stuff that no one really eats. So I started preparing my own weekly meal plan. I search on Pinterest and Google for things that I could easily make, and that the whole family would love, and does not cost an entire paycheck. Recently, I had a few friends ask to copy my meal plans because they are usually easy. So this is why I have started Meal Planning Monday. Hopefully, it will help make your meal planning just a little bit easier.
Now, I usually go grocery shopping on Thursdays, but I figured this would be perfect to post on Monday’s, so you can use it any day of the week. Sometimes we go out to eat on the weekends, sometimes we grill, so some weeks may only have 5 meals instead of 7.
Dinner 1: Lasanga Roll Ups and a Side Salad
Dinner 2: Crockpot Chicken Tater Tot Casserole and Mixed Greens
Dinner 3: Spicy Taco Soup
Dinner 5: Turkey Tetrazzini, Green Beans, and Corn
Dinner 6: Slow Cooker Steak and Rice, Mixed Greens, and a Side Salad
Dinner 7: Cheesy Beef and Rice Skillet, Squash, and Cabbage.
