Meal Planning Monday

Meal Planning Monday

Meal Planning Monday

Have you ever wished that you had a meal plan for the week for dinners to feed your family? I know I do. I went on the search and I found a few meal plans, but they usually required a lot of ingredients, ultimately costing a lot or they were stuff that no one really eats. So I started preparing my own weekly meal plan. I search on Pinterest and Google for things that I could easily make, and that the whole family would love, and does not cost an entire paycheck. Recently, I had a few friends ask to copy my meal plans because they are usually easy. So this is why I have started Meal Planning Monday. Hopefully, it will help make your meal planning just a little bit easier.

Now, I usually go grocery shopping on Thursdays, but I figured this would be perfect to post on Monday’s, so you can use it any day of the week.¬†Sometimes we go out to eat on the weekends, sometimes we grill, so some weeks may only have 5 meals instead of 7.

Dinner 1: Chicken Pot Pie Rice Bake

Dinner 2: Mississippi Roast, Brown Rice, Green Beans

Dinner 3: Chicken Riggies and a side salad

Dinner 4: Chicken and Sweet Potatoes, Zucchini Cheesy Rice, and Lima Beans

Dinner 5: Chicken with Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce¬†(I don’t cook potatoes with it), Squash Casserole, and Green Beans

Dinner 6: Beef Stroganoff

Dinner 7: We are grilling BBQ Chicken, not sure of sides yet. Probably a Potato Salad and Salad.

I would love to hear in the comments below if you enjoyed my meal plan, if you use it, or suggestions to make next week! Happy Monday!

I don’t do a meal plan but we do have tacos every Tuesday although this Tuesday we might not since we’re heading out to do something fun. Love your menu though and might even incorporate a few of those in our meals next week.
