I have never been a good sleeper. Most nights I toss and turn and wake up with a stiff or sore neck. I have tried many pillows through the years, but they all failed to improve my sleep quality. Recently, I had the pleasure of reviewing the Mediflow Floating Comfort Pillow and I think have found my perfect match.
The Floating Comfort Pillow looks like a regular pillow, but it’s far from ordinary. It features a two-layer design to give you the support you need while you sleep. The CombedLoft™ fiber offers a soft, cool top layer while the Responsive Support waterbase automatically adjusts as you move to keep you comfortable. It even also allows you to choose the firmness level by adding or removing water. A machine washable, 300 count thread cover makes the pillow easy maintain. It is hypoallergenic, machine washable, and it fits standard or queen cases. This pillow was even ranked best for sleep and neck pain by a Johns Hopkins Clinical Study. Inside the plastic case, you will find the instructions for filling as well as a handy tool that assists with opening the valve and adding water.
I seem to adjust my pillow constantly. It seems like it is either too soft or too firm and I can never fluff it just right. With the Mediflow Floating Comfort Pillow, this is not an issue since I was able to customize it to my comfort level. It took me a few times of adding and removing water, but I finally got the right amount and slept better than I have in years. You can leave the water in the pillow for up to one year before you need to change it out! It is easy to fill, and I would definitely recommended removing as much air as possible or you may experience the sound of water sloshing while you sleep.
By adjusting to my position as I move, the Mediflow Floating Comfort Pillow keeps my neck and spine aligned. This helps me wake up feeling more refreshed and without stiffness or soreness. When filled with water, the pillow is a little on the heavy side, so it may not great for traveling. You could always remove the water until you reach your destination if you don’t want to leave it behind. Overall, I love my pillow and it truly helps me get a better night’s sleep.
