Recipes for Week Meal Plan

These are recipes that I have came up with and do not have pictures of them, but they are very simply.

Salsa Rice (Wednesday)

1 Cup of Brown Rice (cooked)

1 Cup of Mild Salsa

Combine and serve.

Stuffed Chicken (Thursday)

4 Chicken Breast

1 cup of mushrooms

1 cup of broccoli


1 cup brown rice (cooked)

combine the mushrooms, broccoli, and brown rice and stuff into the chicken. The top with cheese. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
