Red Bell Pepper Dip with Mezzetta

I cannot believe that the big game is less than three weeks ago. I have my favorite team while it just so happens that my favorite team is playing against my husband’s favorite team. Our friends always throw a huge party every year and this year it will literally be a house “party” divided. Every year there is a huge piece of meat that is slow cooked and then everyone else will bring some sort of dish. I usually do some sort of side but since I am trying to lose some weight I decided to make a delicious dip that is the perfect veggie dipper. 
Mezzetta Bell Peppers
I visited my local grocery store and went straight to the Mezzetta Olives. Not only do they have the most amazing olives in pretty much any way you can imagine, they also have peppers. I wanted to make a Red Bell Pepper dip, so I picked up a bottle of the Deli-Sliced Roasted Bell Pepper Strips. For the recipe, I only used about half and there are so many different uses for the remaining, including snacking!

Now on to the recipe
Red Bell Pepper Dip
Ingredients:
1 cup of Mezzetta Deli Sliced Bell Peppers
2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
1/2 Cup Mild Cheese (Shredded)
8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
1/2 cup of Mayo ( I use Dukes)
Squeeze of Dijon Mustard
Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Place the Bell Peppers in a food processor. I used the Nutri Ninja Blender. Chop them until they are mushy. Then add in all of the other ingredients and pulse until it is well mixed. Then pour into a baking dish and place into a preheated oven (350 degrees) and bake until bubbly, around 15 minutes. Serve with your favorite veggies and enjoy!
