Strawberry Banana and Yogurt Popsicles #Recipe

Strawberry Banana Yogurt Popsicle

These popsicles are so delicious and are very easy to make and are a perfect treat on a hot summer day. I use the Zoku Quick Pop Maker and it only takes around 7 minutes for them to freeze :)

Ingredients

Ingredients:

1 cup of any flavor Greek Yogurt. I used Light & Fit Banana Cream.

You can use a cup of strawberry and banana mixture, just make sure it is frozen ahead of time. I wanted to save time so I used one cup of the Strawberries Wild Jamba Mix. It is just frozen strawberries and bananas with a little yogurt.

Around 1/4 Cup of Apple Juice. This keeps the mix from being to thick.

A blender. I used the Oster Myblend Personal Blender.

Directions:

Put all of your ingredients in your blender and blend until everything is in a liquid consistency. If you wish, you can also add in Vanilla Creme Cookies to give it a little sweet and crunchy taste. Place mixture in your popsicle mold (I use the Zoku Quick Pop Maker) and place in freezer until they are frozen. I crumbled up the cookies and placed on the bottom (near the stick) for a little treat. This makes around 4-5 popsicles.

Take them out and enjoy.

These look so good! I really love the idea of making your own popsicles, they are so much healthier than store bought! And you can add your own ingredients, which is awesome!
