~ The bag has comfort padded handle straps, long shoulder strap and coordinated shoulder pad. When you are carrying around a car seat, or even a toddler, its is even more of a pain carrying around a bag that is awkward or hurts to hold. With the long strap you can also put it on your shoulder and not have to worry about it until you reach your destination.
~Detachable soil-proof changing pad. This is a life saver. When you are out and about and no where to change your little one you can pull out this changing pad, which is very comfortable for baby. It is also soil-proof, so when baby thinks it’s funny to go to the potty while mom is changing, you won’t need to worry about a messy clean up or what to do with the changing pad.
~Humongous main compartment. Well, they do say you pack up the kitchen sink when you are going to the store with a baby. With this bag, I think you really could. From the outside it doesn’t look this big, but when you open it, holey moley. This bag will hold enough for a day trip for 2 kids, maybe even more.
~This bag has many pockets. There are a few for baby’s bottles, place for your cell phone, front magnetic closure pocket to place keys, etc, pockets on the side for you to place you sunglasses or an MP3 player. There are also two flat pockets on the outside for diapers and wipes.
I have really fallen in love with this bag. It is not like most diaper bags and looks very classy. We are in the potty training time with Kaylee and I have been carrying everything around in a big and bulky blue bag. I moved everything over to the Dana Daytripper and had so much extra room, I was able to put everything from my purse inside and carry just the one bag. It is pretty enough that it could double as a handbag 😉
If you are a new mom or expecting then this bag will need to be at the top of your registry. Packing a diaper bag shouldn’t be a hassle, like most diaper bags are. The Dana Daytripper will make sure everything will fit and has a spot. Plus the changing pad is built in so no more needing to make room for one. Even if you have older kids, like 6 and under, I would still suggest one for any accidents and to carry snacks and such in. This diaper bag is very versatile.
