One of the things I hate to do every week is the meal planning. It can be such a daunting task to figure out what to have that everyone in the family will love. Better yet, I like to have meals that are frugal and doesn’t break the bank. I have gathered some of the best dinners that not only look delicious but are frugal too! I just love this recipe from Mashup Mom! Sheet Pan recipes are popular on Pinterest and the reason why is it is so easy! Everything can be cooked on one sheet, less clean up time and packed with tons of flavor.
Meal 2: Simple Roast Chicken and Veggies
This is another from Mashup Mom that looks delicious! I was hooked on this recipe as soon as I saw the word simple, plus who doesn’t love to roast everything together?!
Meal 3: 20 Minute Bow Tie Pasta Alfredo
I found this recipe from Moms Who Save and it is perfect to add to the meal plan this week! It is something that can be thrown together quick during a weeknight and the kids are sure to love it!
Who can turn down a good meatloaf? This one from Food Meanderings looks delicious. Add some green beans and a side of brown rice and you are good to go.
This recipe from Fearless Dining combines two of my favorite things- Sloppy Joes and Mashed Potatoes. The fact that it is kid friendly too makes us all jump for joy!
Meal 6: Fake Spaghetti
I have made this plenty of times, and have added a few different spices to change it up a bit. This recipe from Try It, Like It is perfect for a busy night and can even be changed up to cook in the Instant Pot.
Meal 7: Creamy Corn Chowder
I love to make this on a cold night. It is the perfect amount of corn and just tastes like heaven.
